Waiting Area
Our waiting area is currently closed. Please call or text upon arrival and we will greet you at the door.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Full payment will be required to reserve an appointment. Rhythm and Ritual adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show or any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will not be refunded or available for resheduling. After 3 no-shows you may be banned from making future appointments.
Jewelry
Most services flow best without the interference of jewelry. Please keep jewelry to a minimum during your visit. We recommend leaving your valuables at home as we’re not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Payments
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Rhythm and Ritual Gift Certificates, American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Gratuity is cash only if paid in-office. You may add gratuity when scheduling your service.
Precautions
Please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you; if you’re pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications.
Children Under 12
Please note, for their safety and out of respect for our guests, children under 12 years of age are not permitted at Rhythm and Ritual; anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during services.
Phone Etiquette
To preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we ask for cell phones to be turned off during your time at Rhythm and Ritual.
